# §15h. Applicability of parens patriae actions


Sections [15c](/usc/15/15c.md), [15d](/usc/15/15d.md), [15e](/usc/15/15e.md), [15f](/usc/15/15f.md), and [15g](/usc/15/15g.md) of this title shall apply in any [State](/usc/15/15g.md?p=2), unless such [State](/usc/15/15g.md?p=2) provides by law for its nonapplicability in such [State](/usc/15/15g.md?p=2).
