# §1362. Rules and regulations


The [Secretary](/usc/15/1352.md?p=e) is authorized to establish such policies, standards, criteria, and procedures and to prescribe such rules and regulations as he may deem necessary or appropriate for the [administration](/usc/15/636e.md?p=1) of this chapter.
