# §1176. Penalties


Whoever violates any of the provisions of sections [1172](/usc/15/1172.md), [1173](/usc/15/1173.md), [1174](/usc/15/1174.md), or [1175](/usc/15/1175.md) of this title shall be fined not more than $5,000 or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.
