# §5014. Regulations


The [Board](/usc/12/5002.md?p=4) may prescribe such regulations as the [Board](/usc/12/5002.md?p=4) determines to be necessary to implement, prevent circumvention or evasion of, or facilitate compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
