# §4307. Periodic statements


Each [depository institution](/usc/12/4313.md?p=6) shall include on or with each periodic statement provided to each [account](/usc/12/4313.md?p=1) holder at such institution a clear and conspicuous disclosure of the following information with respect to such [account](/usc/12/4313.md?p=1):

- (1) The [annual percentage yield](/usc/12/4313.md?p=2) earned.
- (2) The amount of [interest](/usc/12/4313.md?p=7) earned.
- (3) The amount of any fees or charges imposed.
- (4) The number of days in the reporting period.
