# §3805. Applicability of consumer protection provisions


[Section 501(c)(1)](/usc/12/501.md) of the [Depository Institutions](/usc/12/1861.md?p=b-4) Deregulation and Monetary Control Act of 1980 shall not apply to transactions which are subject to this chapter.
