# §3343. Transactions requiring services of State licensed appraiser


All [federally related transactions](/usc/12/3350.md?p=4) not requiring the services of a [State](/usc/12/1707.md?p=d) certified appraiser shall be performed by either a [State](/usc/12/1707.md?p=d) certified or licensed appraiser.
