# §2274. Power to remove directors and officers


Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, a Farm [Credit](/usc/12/5481.md?p=7) Bank [board](/usc/12/1861.md?p=b-3), officer, or employee shall not remove any [director](/usc/12/2279bb.md?p=3) or officer of any association.
