# §2213. Regulation and examination


The [corporations](/usc/12/2277a.md?p=2) organized under this part shall be [institutions](/usc/12/2271.md?p=3) of the Farm [Credit](/usc/12/5481.md?p=7) System and shall be subject to the same regulation and examination by the Farm [Credit](/usc/12/5481.md?p=7) Administration as are the organizing bank or banks under this chapter.
