# §2202e. Waiver of mediation rights by borrowers


No [System institution](/usc/12/2271.md?p=3) may make a loan secured by a [mortgage](/usc/12/1707.md?p=a) or lien on agricultural property to a borrower on the condition that the borrower waive any right under the mediation program of any [State](/usc/12/2277a.md?p=5).
