# §210. Governmental powers unimpaired


Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to impair in any manner any powers of the President, the [Secretary](/usc/12/1715z–22a.md?p=4) of the Treasury, the Comptroller of the Currency, or the [Board](/usc/12/1861.md?p=b-3) of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
