# §1772b. Apportionment


Notwithstanding any other provision of law, [funds](/usc/12/1752.md?p=8) received by the [Board](/usc/12/1752.md?p=4) pursuant to any method provided by this chapter, and interest, dividend, or other income thereon, shall not be subject to apportionment for the purpose of [chapter 15](/usc/31/chstII/ch15.md) of title 31 or under any other authority.
