# §1750. Definitions


As used in this subchapter, the terms “[mortgage](/usc/12/1707.md?p=a)”, “[first mortgage](/usc/12/1707.md?p=a)”, “[mortgagee](/usc/12/1707.md?p=b)”, “[mortgagor](/usc/12/1707.md?p=b)”, “[maturity date](/usc/12/1707.md?p=c)”, and “[State](/usc/12/1707.md?p=d)” shall have the same meaning as in [section 1707 of this title](/usc/12/1707.md).
