# §1749aaa–3. Regulations


The [Secretary](/usc/12/1715z–22a.md?p=4) shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out this subchapter, after consulting with the [Secretary](/usc/12/1715z–22a.md?p=4) of Health and Human Services with respect to any health or medical aspects of the program under this subchapter which may be involved in such regulations.
