# §1749aaa–2. Payment of insurance benefits


The [mortgagee](/usc/12/1749aaa–5.md?p=8) shall be entitled to receive the benefits of the insurance under this subchapter in the manner provided in subsection (g) of [section 1713 of this title](/usc/12/1713.md) with respect to [mortgages](/usc/12/1749aaa–5.md?p=7) insured under that section. For such purpose the provisions of subsections [(g)](/usc/12/1713.md?p=g), [(h)](/usc/12/1713.md?p=h), [(i)](/usc/12/1713.md?p=i), [(j)](/usc/12/1713.md?p=j), [(k)](/usc/12/1713.md?p=k), [(l)](/usc/12/1713.md?p=l), and [(n)](/usc/12/1713.md?p=n) of such section 1713 shall apply to [mortgages](/usc/12/1749aaa–5.md?p=7) insured under this subchapter and all references in such subsections to such [section 1713](/usc/12/1713.md) shall be deemed to refer to this subchapter.
