# Rule 7070. Enforcing a Judgment for a Specific Act; Vesting Title


Fed. R. Civ. P. 70 applies in an adversary proceeding. When real or personal property is within the court’s jurisdiction, the court may enter a [judgment](/usc/11a/bankr-9001.md?p=b-7) divesting a party’s title and vesting it in another person.
