# §929. Municipal leases


A lease to a [municipality](/usc/11/101.md?p=40) shall not be treated as an executory contract or unexpired lease for the purposes of section [365](/usc/11/365.md) or [502(b)(6)](/usc/11/502.md?p=b-6) of this title solely by reason of its being subject to termination in the event the [debtor](/usc/11/101.md?p=13) fails to appropriate rent.
