# §927. Limitation on recourse


The holder of a [claim](/usc/11/101.md?p=5) payable solely from [special revenues](/usc/11/902.md?p=2) of the [debtor](/usc/11/101.md?p=13) under applicable nonbankruptcy law shall not be treated as having recourse against the [debtor](/usc/11/101.md?p=13) on account of such [claim](/usc/11/101.md?p=5) pursuant to [section 1111(b) of this title](/usc/11/1111.md?p=b).
