# §784. Right to be heard


The [Board](/usc/11/781.md?p=1) or a Federal reserve bank (in the case of a [clearing bank](/usc/11/781.md?p=3) that is a member of that bank) may raise and may appear and be heard on any issue in a case under this subchapter.
