- (c) In granting relief under this section to a representative of a [foreign nonmain proceeding](/usc/11/1502.md?p=5), the court must be satisfied that the relief relates to assets that, under the law of the [United States](/usc/11/101.md?p=55), should be administered in the [foreign nonmain proceeding](/usc/11/1502.md?p=5) or concerns information required in that proceeding.
