# §1161. Inapplicability of other sections


Sections [341](/usc/11/341.md), [343](/usc/11/343.md), [1102(a)(1)](/usc/11/1102.md?p=a-1), [1104](/usc/11/1104.md), [1105](/usc/11/1105.md), [1107](/usc/11/1107.md), [1129(a)(7)](/usc/11/1129.md?p=a-7), and [1129(c)](/usc/11/1129.md?p=c) of this title do not apply in a case concerning a [railroad](/usc/11/101.md?p=44).
