# §950j. Finality of proceedings, findings, and sentences


The appellate review of [records](/usc/10/801.md?p=14) of trial provided by this chapter, and the proceedings, findings, and sentences of [military](/usc/10/801.md?p=8) commissions as approved, reviewed, or affirmed as required by this chapter, are final and conclusive. Orders publishing the proceedings of [military](/usc/10/801.md?p=8) commissions under this chapter are binding upon all [departments](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-6), courts, [agencies](/usc/10/3451.md?p=3), and [officers](/usc/10/101.md?p=b-1) of the [United States](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-1), subject only to action by the [Secretary](/usc/10/4951.md?p=3) or the convening authority as provided in [section 950i(c) of this title](/usc/10/950i.md?p=c) and the authority of the President.
