# §949p–3. Protective orders


Upon motion of the trial counsel, the [military judge](/usc/10/801.md?p=10) shall issue an order to protect against the disclosure of any [classified information](/usc/10/801.md?p=15) that has been disclosed by the [United States](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-1) to any accused in any [military](/usc/10/801.md?p=8) commission under this chapter or that has otherwise been provided to, or obtained by, any such accused in any such [military](/usc/10/801.md?p=8) commission.
