# §948c. Persons subject to military commissions


Any [alien](/usc/10/948a.md?p=1) [unprivileged enemy belligerent](/usc/10/948a.md?p=7) is subject to trial by [military](/usc/10/801.md?p=8) commission as set forth in this chapter.
