# §944. Art. 144. Procedure


The [United States](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-1) Court of Appeals for the [Armed Forces](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-4) may prescribe its rules of procedure and may determine the number of judges required to constitute a quorum.
