# §933. Art. 133. Conduct unbecoming an officer


Any [commissioned officer](/usc/10/101.md?p=b-2), [cadet](/usc/10/801.md?p=6), or [midshipman](/usc/10/801.md?p=7) who is convicted of conduct unbecoming an [officer](/usc/10/101.md?p=b-1) shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
