# §909. Art. 109. Property other than military property of United States—Waste, spoilage, or destruction


Any [person](/usc/10/2700.md?p=2) subject to this chapter who willfully or recklessly wastes, spoils, or otherwise willfully and wrongfully destroys or damages any property other than [military](/usc/10/801.md?p=8) property of the [United States](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-1) shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
