[Warrant officers](/usc/10/101.md?p=b-3) [rank](/usc/10/101.md?p=b-8) next below second lieutenants and [rank](/usc/10/101.md?p=b-8) among themselves within each [warrant officer](/usc/10/101.md?p=b-3) [grade](/usc/10/101.md?p=b-7) under regulations to be prescribed by the [Secretary](/usc/10/7551.md?p=5) of the Army.
