# §6213. Continuation of processing, treatment, and disposal of legacy nuclear materials


The [Secretary](/usc/10/4951.md?p=3) of Energy shall continue operations and maintain a high [state](/usc/10/4951.md?p=4) of readiness at the H–canyon [facility](/usc/10/2700.md?p=2) at the Savannah River Site, Aiken, South Carolina, and shall provide technical staff necessary to operate and so maintain such [facility](/usc/10/2700.md?p=2).
