# §2829. Multi-year contracts for supplies and services


The [Secretary concerned](/usc/10/2801.md?p=c-5) may make contracts for periods of up to four years for [supplies](/usc/10/3011.md?p=8) and services for the management, maintenance, and operation of [military](/usc/10/801.md?p=8) family housing and may [pay](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-15) the costs of such contracts for each year out of annual appropriations for that year.
