# §2652. Prohibition on charge of certain tariffs on aircraft traveling through channel routes


The [United States](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-1) Transportation Command may not charge a tariff by reason of the use by a [military](/usc/10/801.md?p=8) service of an aircraft of that [military](/usc/10/801.md?p=8) service on a route designated by the [United States](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-1) Transportation Command as a channel route.
