# §237. Embedded mental health providers of the reserve components: display of budget information


The [Secretary](/usc/10/4951.md?p=3) of Defense shall submit to Congress, as a part of the documentation that supports the President’s annual budget for the [Department](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-6) of Defense, a budget justification display with respect to embedded mental health providers within each [reserve](/usc/10/101.md?p=c-6) [component](/usc/10/3011.md?p=13), including the amount requested for each such [component](/usc/10/3011.md?p=13).
