# §2350n. North Atlantic Treaty Organization Joint Force Command

- (a) **Authorization.—** The [Secretary](/usc/10/4951.md?p=3) of Defense shall authorize the establishment of, and the participation by members of the [armed forces](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-4) in, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Joint Force Command (in this section referred to as the “Joint Force Command”), to be established in the [United States](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-1).
- (b) **Use of Department of Defense Facilities and Equipment.—** The [Secretary](/usc/10/4951.md?p=3) may use [facilities](/usc/10/2700.md?p=2) and equipment of the [Department](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-6) of Defense to support the Joint Force Command.
- (c) **Availability of Funds.—** Amounts authorized to be appropriated to the [Department](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-6) of Defense shall be available to carry out the purposes of this section.
