# §2348. Inventories of supplies not to be increased


Inventories of [supplies](/usc/10/3011.md?p=8) for elements of the [armed forces](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-4) may not be increased for the purpose of transferring [supplies](/usc/10/3011.md?p=8) under the authority of this subchapter.
