# §2200i. Model authorities


In making determinations under [section 2200h of this title](/usc/10/2200h.md), the [Secretary](/usc/10/4951.md?p=3) of Defense shall use the authorities under chapters [103](/usc/10/chstA/ptIII/ch103.md) and [111](/usc/10/chstA/ptIII/ch111.md) of this title as guides.
