# §20252a. Special selection review boards: reference


[Section 628a of this title](/usc/10/628a.md), relating to the convening of a special selection review board when credible information of an adverse nature was not furnished to a promotion board, applies with respect to persons recommended by a selection board for promotion to a [grade](/usc/10/101.md?p=b-7) at or below the [grade](/usc/10/101.md?p=b-7) of major general in the Space Force.
