# §1797. Early childhood education program


The [Secretary](/usc/10/4951.md?p=3) of Defense shall require that all [military child development centers](/usc/10/1800.md?p=1) meet [standards](/usc/10/3011.md?p=3) of operation necessary for accreditation by an appropriate national early childhood [programs](/usc/10/2101.md?p=1) accrediting body.
