# §1567. Duration of military protective orders


A [military](/usc/10/801.md?p=8) protective order issued by a [military](/usc/10/801.md?p=8) commander shall remain in effect until such time as the [military](/usc/10/801.md?p=8) commander terminates the order or issues a replacement order.
