# §15109. Other administrative authorities


The following provisions of this title shall apply to [officers](/usc/10/101.md?p=b-1) in competitive categories of [officers](/usc/10/101.md?p=b-1) designated for purposes of this chapter:

- (1) [Section 14518](/usc/10/14518.md), relating to continuation of [officers](/usc/10/101.md?p=b-1) to complete disciplinary action.
- (2) [Section 14519](/usc/10/14519.md), relating to deferment of retirement or separation for medical reasons.
- (3) [Section 14704](/usc/10/14704.md), relating to the selective early removal from the [reserve active-status list](/usc/10/101.md?p=c-7).
- (4) [Section 14705](/usc/10/14705.md), relating to the selective early retirement of [reserve](/usc/10/101.md?p=c-6) general and [flag officers](/usc/10/101.md?p=b-5) of the Navy and Marine Corps.
