# §1445. Correction of administrative deficiencies


Whenever he considers it necessary, the [Secretary concerned](/usc/10/2801.md?p=c-5) may, under regulations prescribed under [section 1444(a) of this title](/usc/10/1444.md?p=a), correct any election, or any change or revocation of an election, under this subchapter when he considers it necessary to correct an administrative error. Except when procured by fraud, a correction under this section is final and conclusive on all [officers](/usc/10/101.md?p=b-1) of the [United States](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-1).
