# §12773. Limitation on accrual of increased pay or benefits


Unless otherwise provided by law, no person is entitled to increased [pay](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-15) or other benefits because of sections [12771](/usc/10/12771.md) and [12772](/usc/10/12772.md) of this title.
