# §1275. Computation of retired pay: law applicable


A member of the [armed forces](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-4) retired under this chapter is entitled to retired [pay](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-15) computed under [chapter 71](/usc/10/chstA/ptII/ch71.md) of this title.
