# §1074c. Medical care: authority to provide a wig


A [person](/usc/10/2700.md?p=2) entitled to medical care under this chapter who has alopecia resulting from the treatment of a malignant disease may be furnished a wig if the [person](/usc/10/2700.md?p=2) has not previously been furnished one at the expense of the [United States](/usc/10/101.md?p=a-1).
