# §10303. Navy Reserve Policy Board


A Navy [Reserve](/usc/10/101.md?p=c-6) Policy Board shall be convened at least once annually at the seat of government to consider, recommend, and report to the [Secretary](/usc/10/12521.md?p=4) of the Navy on [reserve](/usc/10/101.md?p=c-6) policy matters. At least half of the members of the Board must be [officers](/usc/10/101.md?p=b-1) of the Navy [Reserve](/usc/10/101.md?p=c-6).
