# §10209. Regular and reserve components: discrimination prohibited


Laws applying to both [Regulars](/usc/10/101.md?p=b-12) and [Reserves](/usc/10/101.md?p=c-6) shall be administered without discrimination—

- (1) among [Regulars](/usc/10/101.md?p=b-12);
- (2) among [Reserves](/usc/10/101.md?p=c-6); and
- (3) between [Regulars](/usc/10/101.md?p=b-12) and [Reserves](/usc/10/101.md?p=c-6).
