# §10107. Army National Guard of the United States: status when not in Federal service


When not on [active duty](/usc/10/101.md?p=d-1), members of the [Army National Guard of the United States](/usc/10/101.md?p=c-3) shall be administered, armed, equipped, and trained in their status as members of the [Army National Guard](/usc/10/101.md?p=c-2).
