# §93.319. Import permit and declaration for horses.


For all horses offered for importation from or transiting through regions of Central America or of the West Indies, the importer or his or her agent shall have obtained an import permit under [§ 93.304](/cfr/9/93.304.md) and shall present two copies of a declaration as provided in [§ 93.305](/cfr/9/93.305.md).
