# §77.23. Interstate movement from accredited-free States and zones.


Notwithstanding any other provisions of this part, captive cervids that originate in an accredited-free State or zone may be moved interstate in accordance with [9 CFR part 86](/cfr/9/part86.md) and without further restriction under this part.
