# §592.400. How to file an appeal.


Any person receiving inspection service may, if dissatisfied with any decision or action of an inspector or other Agency employee relating to any inspection, file an appeal from such decision or action in accordance with [9 CFR 500.9](/cfr/9/500.9.md).
