# §590.801. Nest-run or washed ungraded eggs.


Nest-run or washed ungraded eggs are exempt from the labeling provisions in [§ 590.800](/cfr/9/590.800.md). However, when such eggs are sold to consumers, they may not exceed the tolerance for restricted eggs for U.S. Consumer Grade B shell eggs.
